The stay started off rocky when I arrived and had book issues, yet the cozy Queen Room was a delight. I loved unwinding in the hot tub and enjoying the quiet poolside space. Just a heads up, the check-in process could use some streamlining, but overall it was a good experience 😊

The staff showed little empathy, disregarding our situation despite having confirmed our reservation online and spending our last money.

Our experience was marred by unhelpful staff during a long, tiring journey. A friendly demeanor and compassion in stressful situations can make a world of difference. Future guests should confirm details online to avoid surprises. Noticed no on-site dining options either.

The location was convenient, and I could almost hear my back cracking in relief just thinking about the comfy beds! The WiFi had a stronger connection than my last relationship, and I could see the balcony giving a perfect view of the garden, which could be a great spot for coffee in the morning.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the staff was welcoming and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the high-speed internet access was reliable and fast. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants, making it a convenient spot for travelers looking to explore the area.
There were a few issues that could be improved. the decor and furnishings were a bit dated and worn, and some areas of the room showed signs of wear and tear.

Located near a main route, provides easy access to nearby attractions. Well-lit parking lot was reassuring. the window in the room allowed in plenty of natural light. Though the bedspread was wrinkled, the sheets were clean and fresh.
The room had some wear and tear, with exposed flooring and stains on the ceiling.

The only good thing about this hotel was its proximity to the main road, making it easy to access. the hotel offered two basic amenities like a bed and a roof. Other than these, there was nothing else to be pleased with.
This hotel was an absolute nightmare. My reservation wasn't acknowledged, I was made to pay with cash, and was further charged $5 for a room key.
